There will be people who will be really put off by how bad the weapon that requires 100k standing and maxed rank in Red Veil to get. I had hopes for it, and even got a little excited when getting it. The status effect of Gas damage is Gas Cloud. It is particularly effective against light Infested types, but deals lower damage to Corpus and Grineer bodies. I'm not mad, just disappointed in this piece of gear. Gas Damage is one of the six secondary elemental damage types, composed of Heat and Toxin elements. Lethal ground attacks cause enemies to explode dealing +1000. I couldn't even recolor it to gaudy, ridiculous colors to make myself feel better. This thing's going to collect dust in my arsenal until it gets reworked. I tried, I really, REALLY tried to make the best of it. Trying both a status and a raw damage build, it was just. Even with formaing it twice so far, the thing is a bit. Damage boost is affected by Ability Strength. Rhino and affected allies gain 10 / 15 / 25 / 50 bonus damage to all sources over a duration of 30 seconds. Rhino lets out a forceful roar, increasing the damage output of himself and his allies within 15 / 20 / 22 / 25 meters. What's that? Now it only gives you 25% of BASE warframe energy? Grants all nearby Warframes increased damage for a short duration. I'd often just end up with the weapon active and just meleeing enemies. You could continue doing damage and use support abilities, thus being an asset to the squad instead of a liability. It's saving grace and balancing out was that it would let you use abilities to help out, letting you help thanks for the viral proc and energy restoring of blight triggering. Oh what's that? You ran out of ammo and automatically swapped out to another weapon? No blight procs for you.Īt least blight proccing gives you 25% of your total energy pool back so it's useful to make up for the otherwise ammo draining, low damage, near uselessness of the weapon itself. you'd end up spamming that trigger button or charging shots. Although it's damage type was mostly impact damage, and with a 10% status proc chance it was kinda crappy, so. If you had it as your active weapon, you'd get the affinity triggered bursts of damage and energy restored, so you could use abilities to make up for the shortcomings of the weapon. Maybe they stealth buffed it to be 25 of total energy (like how justice, truth, and purity restore 25 of total health). Rakta ballistica was already substandard, in that the damage done coupled with ammunition consumption made your ammo pool run dry pretty quickly. Before, the entropy effect restored 25 of base energy.
